Customs Clearance and Baggage Retrieval Instructions (Level 2):
While staying inside the terminal and facing the clear sliding doors, please follow these directions:
- To reach Courtyard A, turn LEFT. and proceed to Level 1(G).
- To reach Courtyard G, turn RIGHT, and proceed to Level 1(G).
You will find a small parking lot outside, which corresponds to either Courtyard A or G. If you require assistance or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 916-744-2133.
Shuttle Information for Arriving International Passengers
On arriving flights, please clear customs as quickly as possible to avoid shuttle delays. You may be required to wait for other passengers on a shared shuttle service.
If you or your flight are delayed, there is the possibility that your shuttle may have to leave but your booking will be passed to the next shuttle if available. This does not apply to Private Charter bookings. If you think your customs clearance will be longer than 45 minutes, please contact us as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT
It is most important that contact is made with your driver as soon as you walk through
the doors from customs, DO NOT WALK OFF anywhere else as your driver will be looking for you.
Shuttle Information for arriving on Domestic Terminals - 1, 2 & 3
SFO Domestic
(Terminals 1, 2 & 3) – Exit the lower level baggage claim at SFO, cross the street to the center island, and look for the blue posts labeled ‘Airporters’.
Charter pick-up/drop-off areas are located in the courtyards on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level.
