Shared Shuttle Service Information
We provide transfers to and from San Francisco International & Domestic Airport Terminals.
We aim that our frequent service (2 shared runs a day until further notice) match your travel plans as closely as possible. Please refer to our SCHEDULES & RATES menu button for details.
Airport Luxury Shuttles have a strong emphasis on respectful customer care, our drivers are well-trained, vaccinated, and prepared for each job they are doing.

Children travel at adult rates as they acquire a full seat
Fares are for passengers traveling together and to/from the same address
Bookings placed within 36 hours of travel will incur a late booking fee
Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A non-refundable 4% surcharge applies to Visa & Mastercard credit card transactions; and a 4% surcharge to American Express transactions, while booking online there is a 6% booking fee added during checkout.
Should your booking change due to COVID, we will open-date it for future use within 2 years. Or you can cancel and have your booking refunded less a $40 administration fee.

Pick-up time confirmation
Your Booking Confirmation email will provide an approximate pickup time from your home address. The actual time will be confirmed to you by telephone the day before travel after we have planned each shuttle run.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Your booking with Airport Luxury Shuttles is accepted on the following terms:
The service is a shared passenger service and you must be flexible with travel times.
You may be required to wait at the airport within the given "departure window" after meeting your driver for other passengers to arrive off the flights.
Passengers on arriving flights must meet the shuttle driver as soon as possible, any delays beyond 45 minutes from the flight's arrival time must be advised to the office immediately. Failure to do so could mean your shuttle will leave without you and you will have to wait for the next one.
Airport Luxury Shuttles takes no responsibility when flights arrive early or late. We monitor flight arrival times to try and accommodate late arrivals where possible, however, you may have to wait for the next scheduled shuttle (subject to space) if the original shuttle has to leave due to other passengers arriving on time. This will be done at no extra cost, but the waiting time may be significant.
Any changes to your travel plans should be advised to us as soon as possible, and we will endeavor to accommodate these to the best ability. Once a booking has been confirmed, a $40 per booking cancellation fee will apply if canceled at least 24 hours before the pick-up time. For any cancellations made within 24 hours of the collection time, no refunds will be given - but you can keep an "open-dated booking" in credit.
All passengers should remain seated while the vehicle is moving. Please ensure your seat belt is fastened.
Children, infants, and babies will only be carried if you have a suitable child seat for them. Airport Luxury Shuttles do not provide child or infant seats.
Included luggage allowance is one small carry-on, backpack, and one large suitcase 60lbs max. Any additional bags should be prepaid at $10 each. Extra items are carried at our discretion. Oversize items will only be carried if pre-booked, the charge for such items is $15.00.
Rates quoted are for addresses within 10 miles of the location selected from the list of addresses. Should your address proof to be beyond this then we reserve the right to charge an additional $2.00 per mile if it results in a longer transfer distance.
Airport Luxury Shuttles reserves the right to alter its prices without notice. Existing bookings already made will be honored at the original price at the time of booking.
Airport Luxury Shuttles may upgrade passengers to a larger vehicle at our discretion.
You acknowledge in the event of any environmental “Acts of God“ (earthquake, weather or any other naturally occurring emergency events) or operationally disruptive events (unforeseen traffic congestion, civil event disruption etc.) arising, that – whilst employing its best efforts to deliver transport services to you during such events – Airport Luxury Shuttles inc, may not be able to provide the timely transportation of such services to you. You acknowledge that should such unforeseen events arise, it is your sole responsibility to monitor such events and make changes to your travel plans with Airport Luxury Shuttles inc or other transport providers to mitigate any such risk these events present to your travel plans in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. We strongly advise you to ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
